Create a Stat.VIN account (takes about 5 minutes) and place a refundable deposit — a Copart/IAAI requirement that unlocks bidding.
If you do not buy a vehicle, you can request the deposit back straight from your dashboard.

Step 2.
Choose a car and place bids
Find a vehicle using search and filters. You place bids yourself — Pre Bid (in advance) and Live bidding (during the auction) are available.
Each lot page includes a cost calculator so you can estimate total expenses upfront.

Step 3.
Pay for the lot with transparent charges
After you win, an invoice is created in your dashboard along with international wire instructions.
All invoices and payments are recorded, and the cost breakdown stays clear: lot price, auction fees (Copart/IAAI), plus logistics and port charges.

Step 4.
Pickup from the auction and ocean shipping
Once payment is confirmed, we arrange pickup from the auction yard, delivery to the warehouse, and export preparation.
Inside your dashboard you will see step-by-step statuses, warehouse photos, container details, destination port, and ETA — with notifications if dates change.

Step 5.
Arrival, unloading, and final delivery
Customs documents uploaded through your dashboard, and if needed, inland delivery by car carrier to your country is available — completing your car shipping from auction end-to-end.
