Registration is not required to view lots. Creating an account is only necessary if you plan to participate in bidding. The registration and account activation process takes no more than 5 minutes.

To participate in auctions, a refundable deposit is required — this is a mandatory condition of the Copart and IAAI auction houses.
Stat.VIN does not charge any additional fees for participating in auctions. If necessary, you can request a deposit refund at any time through your personal account. After the deposit is credited, you can place bids on the same day.
If you win an auction, the funds will be temporarily blocked until the vehicle is paid for. If your bid does not win, the deposit is automatically unlocked. You can use it to participate in other auctions or return the funds to your bank account using the deposit refund function.

After winning an auction through Stat.VIN, you will receive bank details and detailed payment instructions.
Once payment is received, we will collect the vehicle, perform additional photo documentation, and begin preparation for shipment. We accompany you at all stages of importing a vehicle from the USA.
You can track the delivery and documentation status in your personal account on the website. If customs clearance is carried out at the port of Rotterdam, we handle all formalities.
All you have to do is wait for the vehicle to be delivered directly to your door.

Register on Stat.VIN, add a deposit, and choose a lot on Copart or IAAI. Bidding happens in two stages: Pre-Bid (several days) and Live Auction. Set your maximum — the system holds the best position automatically. After winning, Stat.VIN picks up the car, handles paperwork, and arranges delivery.
Technically yes — but for a one-time purchase it rarely makes financial sense. A Copart membership alone costs $400–600 per year. On top of that, you would need to independently arrange US-side logistics, export documentation, and container loading. Through Stat.VIN all of this is handled for you and included in a single commission.

Enter your destination country and the calculator instantly generates a complete cost estimate — covering the auction buyer's fee, Stat.VIN service fee, US inland transport to the port, ocean freight, and applicable import duties and taxes. The calculated amount is final — Stat.VIN guarantees that your invoice will match the calculator estimate with no hidden charges.
Once you win a lot on Stat.VIN, we handle the entire process on your behalf. The car is picked up from the auction lot, loaded for ocean shipping, and transported to your destination country. All export documentation is prepared on the US side. Import clearance, duties, and local registration requirements depend on your country — our team guides you through each step. You can track every stage of the process in real time through your Stat.VIN account.
