2. After Purchase
After winning the vehicle, you will receive an email notification about the purchase. Additionally, a note indicating that the car has been won will appear on the lot page.
Furthermore, the record of the purchased vehicle will be added to the “My Purchases” page. On this page, information about the vehicle’s delivery will be updated step by step, and photos will be added at each stage of the process.
After the purchase, you will also receive a notification about the need to pay for the vehicle. The notification will be sent to your email — the payment invoice will be available in the email. Additionally, the invoice for the lot will be added to the “Invoices” section.
The invoice will specify the cost of the vehicle, including the winning bid amount plus the auction fee.
This is an important step, as the lot must be paid for within 3 business days. If the invoice is not paid on time, the auction may charge additional fees for late payment and storage of the vehicle on its premises.
After successful payment and the auction crediting the funds for the lot, you will receive a notification confirming the payment for the vehicle.
The request for vehicle pickup will be immediately processed, and we will collect the vehicle from the auction site shortly.
On the “My Purchases” page, you will have access to a list of all the vehicles you have purchased with up-to-date information about delivery in real time.
The section will display the following information:
Vehicle Information:
- Make, model, year of manufacture
- VIN number
- Auction
- Lot number
- Documents
- Availability of keys
Logistics and Shipping:
- Information about the warehouse responsible for loading the vehicle into the container for sea shipment
- Container information
- Customs clearance status
Financial Documents:
- Invoices for payment of vehicle purchase and shipping services.

After the vehicle is received at the warehouse where further container loading and customs clearance will be carried out, you will receive a notification about the delivery of the vehicle to the warehouse. You will also receive a notification when photos and videos of the vehicle from the warehouse are uploaded.
All photos and videos will additionally be available on the “My Purchases” page.
Once the vehicle is loaded into the container, you will receive a notification with an invoice for logistics services.
This invoice will include services for:
- Delivery of the vehicle from the auction to the warehouse
- Delivery from the warehouse to the port of shipment
- Additional charges issued by the auction (parking fees, late payment penalties, and other fees)
- Stat.VIN company services
- Forwarding services at the destination port
All invoices for purchased vehicles and logistics services are available in the “Invoices” section.
After the vehicle is loaded into the container, you will receive a notification with the container number and main shipping information.
The notification will include:
- Destination port
- Planned departure date of the vessel
- Planned arrival date of the container at the destination port
During the entire transit of the container, you will receive automatic notifications about changes in the estimated arrival date. We independently track the movement of the container and inform you of every change in the vehicle’s delivery status.
Up-to-date information on the timing and status of container delivery is always available on the “My Purchases” page.

If the destination country of the vehicle does not match the arrival port country, we will arrange transit delivery of the vehicle to the recipient’s country and city using a car carrier.
You will receive a prior notification with information about the vehicle’s shipping schedule. If payment for this service is required, you will receive a separate invoice for additional logistics services.
To carry out customs clearance of the vehicle, you need to fill out a form on the website. On the page of the vehicle being delivered, in the “Customs Documents” section, you will need to attach documents of the individual or legal entity for whom the customs clearance will be performed.
A notification about the need to upload documents is usually sent approximately 10 days before the planned date of the vessel’s arrival at the destination port.
Before submitting the customs declaration, you will receive an email and a notification with the details and amount for payment of customs clearance fees for the vehicle. The email will also include a link to upload the payment receipt.
Additionally, you will be issued an invoice for the customs clearance services — “Customs Broker Services.”
After customs clearance, you will receive an email and a notification about the successful customs release of the vehicle.
Once the vehicle has been cleared, it will be sent to the recipient’s city. You will first receive an email and a notification with the shipping schedule and the estimated delivery date of the vehicle in your city.
