For each purchased vehicle, Members are required to pay StatVIN Transaction Fees, Website Processing Fees, and Copart Fees or IAAI Fees, including Copart Auction Fees or IAAI Auction Fees, as well as the Copart Gate Fee or IAAI Gate Fee. Additional fees listed below may also apply and must be paid when incurred.
StatVIN Transaction Fees
The amount of the StatVIN Transaction Fee depends on the membership type of the buyer.
Guest Transaction Fee = four hundred fifty US dollars ($450).
Website Processing Fee
The Website Processing Fee varies depending on the buyer’s location and the title or ownership document of the purchased vehicle. This fee covers the preparation and processing of documentation between us and our Dealers, as well as between the Dealers and their buyers.
The Website Processing Fee ranges from one hundred fifty US dollars ($150) to three hundred sixty-nine US dollars ($369).

Copart Fees
Copart Fees include Auction Fees, Gate Fee, and Broker Fee. Some or all Copart Fees may be combined in the Fees Calculator on the lot page and in your invoice.

Copart Fees include:
Auction Fees = available on the Copart website (using your login credentials) under the Standard Pricing section.
Gate Fee = available on the Copart website (using your login credentials).
Environmental Fee = ten US dollars ($10) (if applicable).
Other Fees:
Late Fees = fifty US dollars ($50) per day.
Storage Fees = up to forty US dollars ($40) per day; the amount may vary depending on the facility location and/or storage duration (see Payment Rules & Policies).
IAAI Fees
IAAI Fees include Auction Fees, Gate Fee, and Broker Fee. Some or all IAAI Fees may be combined in the Fees Calculator on the lot page and in your invoice.

IAAI Fees include:
Auction Fees = available on the IAAI website (using your login credentials) under the Standard Pricing section.
Gate Fee = available on the IAAI website (using your login credentials).
Environmental Fee = ten US dollars ($10) (if applicable).
Other Fees:
Late Fees = fifty US dollars ($50) or two percent (2%) per day, whichever is greater.
Storage Fees = up to forty US dollars ($40) per day; the amount may vary depending on the facility location and/or storage duration (see Payment Rules & Policies).
Bank Transfer Fees
Incoming Wire Fee (International) = twenty-five US dollars ($25) per transfer.
Outgoing Wire Fee (International) = thirty US dollars ($30) per transfer.
Relist Fees
Copart Relist Fee = the greater of six hundred US dollars ($600) or 10% of the vehicle purchase price, plus the StatVIN Transaction Fee (depending on your membership type, as stated above).
IAAI Relist Fee = the greater of one thousand US dollars ($1000) or 15% of the vehicle purchase price, plus the StatVIN Transaction Fee (depending on your membership type, as stated above).
Requested Services Fees
In some cases, you may request additional services from us. We are happy to assist when possible, and such services will be subject to additional charges.
