You must meet the registration requirements.

By registering to create a Member Account, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old; 
     
  • you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract; 
     
  • you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into and comply with our Member Terms and Conditions.

You are required to provide accurate account information.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete account information (including your name, address, and phone number) and maintain a valid email address. You are also required to provide a copy of your driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued identification. You must not provide false or invalid contact information.

You also agree to update your account information on the “My Account” page as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for any obligations, losses, or other issues resulting from your failure to update your account information.

You are required to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Member Account login credentials.

After completing the registration process, you will receive an email from us with login credentials associated with your Member Account. As between you and others, your Member Account belongs to you. 

You agree that:

  • you will keep your password secure and confidential;
     
  • you will not share any part of your Member Account;
     
  • you will not register or create more than one Member Account;
     
  • you will comply with our Member Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our Services;
     

You are responsible for all bids and any other activity conducted through your Member Account.

You agree that we may contact you.

We, our Dealer(s), and/or our Buyer Services Center may need to contact you regarding matters related to your account, bidding, or purchases. Therefore, you agree that you may be contacted using the contact information you provided during registration.

By providing a phone number during registration, you agree to receive phone calls from us.

If the provided phone number is a mobile number, you agree to receive SMS or other text messages (standard messaging and call rates may apply).

By providing a valid email address during registration, you agree to receive emails from us and acknowledge that any notices or communications sent to you by email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You grant us permission to send you marketing and promotional materials.

You acknowledge and agree that you have expressly requested to receive marketing and promotional materials by mail, email, and fax. You may opt out of receiving such materials by following the instructions provided in the relevant communication.

You are required to place a security deposit to activate your Member Account.

You are required to maintain a security deposit (“Security Deposit”) of no less than six hundred US dollars ($600) at all times in order for your Member Account to remain active. Your initial Security Deposit of at least six hundred US dollars ($600) is required before you are allowed to place bids on any vehicle.

You are required to upload a copy of your valid photo ID to activate your Member Account.

Before you are allowed to place bids on a vehicle or purchase a vehicle using our Services, you are required to upload a copy of your valid passport or other government-issued photo identification.

You must always act respectfully and maintain proper conduct toward other members and our staff.

Any behavior, language, or actions that are unlawful, harassing, abusive, degrading, threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, containing profanity, inappropriate/objectionable, or that otherwise violate the legal rights of others (including, without limitation, the right to privacy) are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your Member Account.

We may suspend or terminate your Member Account

If we determine or suspect that you have engaged in collusion with any other participant or have violated any provisions of our Member Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, any laws, or the rights of other participants, our employees, or any third parties, we may take any of the following actions:
 

  • immediately suspend or terminate your Member Account and/or your use of the Services;
     
  • cancel any pending or completed transaction;
     
  • initiate legal proceedings against you to recover all related losses and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees); and/or
     
  • disclose such information to law enforcement authorities or other relevant third parties.
     

The actions listed above are not exhaustive, and we may take any other actions or seek any other remedies that we reasonably deem appropriate.

You agree that if we terminate or suspend your Member Account, you will not be entitled to any refund. Upon termination or suspension, you will lose access to and the ability to use our Services.

You may cancel (close) your Member Account.

You may cancel (close) your Member Account at any time, provided that the following conditions are met:
 

  • you have no outstanding unpaid balance on your account;
     
  • you have no pending bids or transactions;
     
  • you are not in violation of our Member Terms and Conditions.
     

The cancellation request must be submitted through the “My Account” page, and you must receive a membership cancellation number.

You agree that upon cancellation of your Member Account, you will not receive any refund. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to and the ability to use our Services.

You are required to pay any outstanding balance on your account, even if your Member Account is suspended or canceled.

Even if we terminate or suspend your Member Account, or if you cancel (close) your Member Account for any reason, you are still required to pay any and all outstanding balances owed to us or our Dealer for your use of our Services and/or the purchase of items.
